P.S. We also talked about and shared what happened to be our final photos of our cats. They’re nothing fancy or that special, just every day snaps. That’s the thing, they were part of our daily lives, they were part of the furniture, a part of the home, a part of us. Everyone tells me that they’ll always be a part of us but at the moment, that just feels like a comforting sound bite rather than a truth. I’m still waiting for it to be true.
